Guarantee Fit! - If the size you purchased does not fit your pet, return it to us in its original condition and box.  Once received, we will send you ONE size up or down, depending on your needs (no more than one size difference).  If you need one smaller size down, you will be refunded the difference in cost as well as the cost for you to return the product.  If you need one larger size up, you will not be charged the difference and your shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please note, the exchange is for a one size difference only.  For example, if you purchase an extra small, it can only be exchanged for a small/medium.
